An opportunity has arisen to work as a Purchase Ledger Clerk for a successful, family owned business on the outskirts of Winchester.The key duties for this role include:·Answering the department phone and dealing with enquires·Setting up daily evening reports·Invoice matching·Posting invoices·Dealing with supplier invoice queries·Chasing credit notes for debit notes·Changing supplier details·Creating main pay run·Enter Foreign invoice pay run payments·Reconcile supplier statements·Enter direct debit schedule payments·General department administration as requiredThe ideal candidate will:·Have good, strong communication skills·Have previous Purchase Order experience ·Be well organised·Work well in a friendly team environmentThis is a permanent full time role (although part time might be considered), working Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm, paying an annual salary of £19k- £20k depending on the candidate.Please note – due to the location, the successful applicant must be able to drive and have own transport.1-1 Recruitment is one of the leading recruitment agencies for jobs in Winchester for permanent, temporary and contract recruitment solutions.
