An opportunity has arisen to work as a Payroll Administrator for a fast growing and dynamic financial company based in Andover.The main purpose of this role is to ensure excellent customer service is delivered to the company clients by supporting the in house payroll team.The key duties include:·Being the first point of contact for the Payroll team·Providing quick responses to the client’s queries via email or on the phone·Keeping client records up to date using online software·Running simple payrolls·Uploading payroll files onto the online system·Assisting with HMRC notifications·Pension uploads·Entering new clients onto the systemThe ideal candidate will:·Have outstanding attention to detail·Be highly organised·Have a perfectionist attitude when completing tasks·Be competent with numbers/finance·Have a general understanding of HMRC notifications·Proficient on MS Office·Be a positive team player with a good sense of humourThis is a permanent, full time role paying an annual salary of £18,000 - £20,000 depending on the candidate.1-1 Recruitment is one of the leading recruitment agencies for jobs in Winchester for permanent, temporary and contract recruitment solutions.
