Part Time Regional Administrator

Location: Bristol

Salary: Up to £22k pro rata

The main roles and responsibilities of the Administrator will include:

  • Daily reception duties, managing the incoming/outgoing postal system
  • Supporting the Business Manager in email and diary control
  • Monthly schedule of sales invoicing for all activities
  • Process timesheets weekly
  • Stationery stock control and procurement including managing the petty cash float
  • Perform timely contractual invoicing
  • Administrate for the staff in all aspects of PPE, vehicles, paperwork and general office support
  • To assist managers with audits both external and internal
  • To ensure the local purchase requisition tracker is maintained
  • To liaise with installation and engineering teams ensuring completed paperwork is returned in a timely manner
  • To liaise with Sub-Contractors as requested by manager in booking on street works
  • The candidate may be required to be part of the building fire marshal team
  • The candidate may be required to train to become a first aider

The ideal Administrator will:

  • GCSE’s or equivalent including English & Maths (Grade C & above)
  • Computer literate & good keyboard skills
  • Comprehensive administration experience
  • Competent skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Strong telephone manner
  • Works well under pressure
