We are recruiting for a Part Time Executive Assistant to join a new and expanding company based in Winchester to cover this office and 1 other in Portsmouth. This role includes Bookkeeping, Diary Management and general administration in order to help the directors with their day to day routine!

You will need to be fully IT literate and have experience of using Xero Accounting Software along with competent Excel skills.

Hours: 16 Per Week (ideally over 4 days) + Parking Paid.

Start Date: January 2018

Role responsibilities include:


  • Diary Management and general admin when required
  • Maintain historical records by filing documents
  • Prepare monthly financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
  • Invoicing
  • Purchase supplies and equipment
  • Conduct a monthly reconciliation
  • Record cash receipts and make bank deposits
  • Monthly expenses
  • Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
  • VAT Returns
