Part Time Administrator - 25 hrs/week

A Part Time Administrator is being recruited within a small, privately owned and successful business in Andover. The hours will be around 25 per week and will cover 5 days.

The responsibilities will include: -

·Supporting the Managing Director and General Manager
·Responding to enquiries via telephone and email
·Maintaining the customer database
·Raising purchase orders and following up deliveries when required
·Overseeing the administration of the companies Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) system and participating in annual audit visits
·Assisting with marketing campaigns, maintenance of the company’s web site and administration of the IT system
·Arranging and maintaining staff training records.

The successful candidate will have the following skills & experience: -

·Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
·The ability to remain calm under pressure to ensure deadlines are met and to work on their own initiative or as part of a team
·A proven track record in the organisation of a small office
·A good working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
·Marketing experience preferred but not essential
·A working knowledge of SAP Business One would be an advantage.
