An opportunity has arisen to work as an Office Manager for a busy and successful business based in Winchester.
The key duties for the role include:
·Reception duties
·Preparation of meeting areas
·General administration for the CEO and other staff members when required
·Maintenance of online holiday/HR system
·Co-ordinating the recruitment for the business and arranging interviews
·Various HR duties including dealing with staff queries, maintaining personnel records, liaising with HR Managers at the Head Office
·Assisting the Accounts team with payment runs
·Some event organisation
The ideal candidate will:
·Have proven experience in a similar role
·The ability to multi task
·Be highly organised and reliable
·Have excellent communication skills
·Be personable and presentable
·Have a proficient working knowledge of MS Office
·An interest in HR
This is a full time permanent role paying circa £25,000 pa depending on the candidate.
The office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.
