An opportunity has arisen to work for a local business as an Office Co-ordinator/Manager.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone proactive and organised, who is able to multitask and communicate on all levels.The key duties for this role include:·Providing administrative and secretarial support to the business Director (including diary management)·Minute taking and assistant with the collation of management reports·Liaising and communicating with external clients on a regular basis·Building and maintaining an excellent rapport with clients/customers·Event co-ordination and management·Co-ordinate marketing campaigns·Purchasing of stationery and office supplies when required·Inputting all invoices onto the in house systemThe ideal candidate will have:·Experience in a similar, varied role·Excellent organisational and communication skills·A proactive and professional attitude·A flexible approach to work·The ability to multi task and remain calm under pressureThis is a full time, permanent role based in the centre of Winchester paying an annual salary of £25,000.The standard hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm although there will be some weekend work required for various local events (TOIL).1-1 Recruitment is one of the leading recruitment agencies for jobs in Winchester for permanent, temporary and contract recruitment solutions.
