We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator for this family owned construction UK wide business with its Head Office here in Basingstoke.

The role will be busy and varied and one where you can really make it your own.

You will have previous office experience, be confident at using Excel and be able to communicate well with people at all levels.

The role includes:
·Manage phone calls and correspondence
·Payroll management
·Accreditation audit administration
·Operative skills & permit tracking
·Staff training booking & administration
·Internal document tracking and distribution  
·Filing (hard/electronic)
·Must be computer literate and familiar with standard Microsoft Office software (Excel & Word)
·Must be confident to talk and liaise with third parties and clients (face to face & on telephone)
