HR Administrator - 30 hours/weekBasingstokeUp to £28,000 pro rataAn international business whose corporate Head Office is based in Basingstoke is looking for an HR Coordinator to support the Corporate HR team with the Benefits Administration.Reporting in to the Corporate HR Manager, the role will manage the day to day administration of company car scheme and employee benefits by:-·Administering company car schemes and associated information including leasing, fule cards and licence checking with relevant employees.·Managing the use of pool cars and their maintenance and cleaning as well as ensuring tax implications are communicated with the employee and employer ·Processing payroll details with regard to car schemes and benefits.·Ensuring all starters/ leaver details are updated on all Benefit schemes.·Analysing information and staying up to date with all Benefit details including regular reviews with providers, ensuring SLAs are adhered to and resolving queries as necessary.·Ad hoc support for any other Corporate projectsThe successful candidate will have previous experience working with and administering company benefits, ideally with knowledge of SAP HR and intermediate/ advanced Excel skills.You will also have good attention to detail, be able to prioritise a busy workload, meet deadlines, be able to influence people at all levels of the business and have great communication skills.This is a part time position requiring a 28-30 hour week with the necessity to work Monday - Friday.
