1-1 Recruitment are currently looking for a HR Administrator/ Receptionist to join a leading high tech company based in Basingstoke.
Working in a busy environment, this position will be ideal for an individual who is self-motivated and keen to develop within a career in HR.
This is a temporary to permanent position and will be offered on a Full time basis with a salary between £22,000 - £25,000 per annum.
Key tasks for this role:·Manning the reception desk and carrying our adhoc reception duties during busy periods·Meeting and greeting visitors·Handling incoming and outgoing post·Supporting the MD’s PA with adhoc duties·Supporting with HR and training administration·To be the first point of contact for managers, employees with HR queries·Providing support with training eventsThe essential skills we are looking for:·GCSE’s grade C and above in English·An interest in HR·Admin experience·Good IT skills·Attention to detail·The ambition to learnBenefits include:·Pension·23- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays·Support towards CIPD qualifications
