An opportunity exists for an experienced Administrator to join the HR team of this leading business based in Basingstoke.

The role will support the HR team and will be involved in all areas of HR including :-
·All generalist admin supporting employee records
·Assisting with recruitment and resourcing.
·Maintaining and updating all internal communications.
·Processing and booking training and induction programmes.
·Assisting with the production of HR reports to keep track of headcount, absence reporting etc.

The ideal candidate will have good Administration skills and IT knowledge, be able to multi-task, prioritise a heavy workload, work pro-actively, enjoy being involved in problem solving initiatives and always looks to improve the performance of the department. It is not necessary to have worked within HR previously but sound office based skills are essential.
