1-1 Recruitment currently have a role available for a HR administrator to join our clients busy office local to Basingstoke, this is an ongoing temporary position for a minimum of 12 months.
Main duties of this role will include dealing with all administration for all employee documents e.g. recruitment, transfers, maternity, leavers etc, handling the first stage of employee issues before escalating, being the first point of contact for any HR enquiries, updating colleagues of HR procedures, supporting with any peak of workloads to ensure they are managed well, assisting employee relations with any note taking and any other adhoc duties that may be required.
To be considered for this role you must have excellent knowledge of HR guidelines and procedures, 2 year's experience of working within a HR administrative role, the ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines and to high confidentiality.
