1-1 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to join an established team, holidng a pivotal role in maintaining the Customer Operations through taking ownership of their Supply Chain and Customer Service activities through to completion.
Experience in some healthcare is desirable but not essential. We are looking for someone who doesn’t mind having to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in! Does this sound like you?
Hours are 8:30 - 5:30 Mon - Fri.
• Answering customer telephone calls and responding to all client queries• Inputting collections and deliveries onto system• Providing quotations for exceptional requirements• Price checking and inputting of customer’s purchase orders• Arranging urgent movements of customer’s products in a timely fashion, due to the nature of the business this is KEY• Working with each customer’s systems (including SAP) and carrying out all administrative requirements for each customer’s account• Investigate and process transactions in SAP related to Inventory Management and order processing/fulfilment• Track, measure and report on customer specific KPIs• Look to continuously improve the services provided to each customer and sharing development ideas with the Management team
This role will involve working in a team of two so being able to use your own inniative to get the job done is essential.
You must be motivated with previous experience in Customer Service and fully IT literate, ideally with some experience of SAP.
