We are working alongside a large successful company based just shy from the centre of Winchester who are seeking a new Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a full time basis.We will be looking for an outstanding person who has great communication and organisational skills who may be looking for a new challenge. Due to the dynamics of this company you will need to be adaptable for the immensely expanding company whilst supplying exceptional customer service.This is a chance to have a busy role with high levels of responsibility including assisting with new ideas to help grow the business.Duties are as followed:1.Providing support for all phone call queries2.Dealing with orders from start to finish3.General admin tasks such as filing, printing and scanning4.Keeping Account Managers involved and aware of any issues or delays5.Participating in any changes and implement them to benefit the Customer Service team6.Account Managing clients to build a relationship You will require:1.Excellent written/ verbal skills2.Ability to work well under pressure and through busy periods3.Good work ethic 4.Be highly IT literate (Word, MS Office, Outlook)5.Precise time management 6.Ideally previous customer service experience Please do apply with immediate consideration to this position if you are able to work full time Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm.This position will be working on a 12week temporary to permanent contract paying £8.50per hour.
