A new and exciting opportunity has arisen to work as a Customer Service Advisor for a large, reputable organisation based in Andover.

This is a great role for someone with a strong customer service background who can provide excellent support via phone, email and social media.

The key duties for this role include:

  • Providing high quality customer service
  • Communicating with other departments to resolve problems
  • Logging all customer contact
  • Developing and working with new processes for customer feedback
  • Supporting marketing and PR with product related enquiries
  • Attending company events when required
  • Engaging with prospective customers face to face

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A good standard level of general education
  • Strong people skills
  • Customer Service background
  • A good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Problem analysis and solving
  • An interest in PR and Marketing
  • An ability to speak a European language would be advantageous

This is a full time, permanent role paying an annual salary of £19,500 to £21,000 depending on the candidate.
