1-1 Recruitment are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to initially work on a 6 month FTC.

Key Activities & Accountabilities:

  • Process customer orders that are placed by telephone/ email/ fax
  • Respond to customer enquiries
  • Advise customers on product selection
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Follow up on customer interactions where necessary
  • Process credit card payments
  • Normal administrative duties associated with this type of role

Required Competencies:

  • Team player
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Sage 200 experience preferred but not essential
