·£17K basic Salary (12 month fixed term maternity cover contract)·36.5 hours per week - Monday to Thursday 9-5, finish at 4 on Friday·25 days annual holiday (Excl. Public Holidays)
Customer Services Administrator
Key Activities & Accountabilities:·Process customer orders that are placed by telephone/ email/ fax·Respond to customer enquiries·Advise customers on product selection·Communicate and coordinate with internal departments·Follow up on customer interactions where necessary·Process credit card payments ·Normal administrative duties associated with this type of role
·Interpersonal ·Self- motivated·High level of accuracy·Tenacious·Team player·Excellent MS Office skills·Sage 200 experience preferred but not essential
