A Customer Service Administrator is being recruited into an existing Customer Service team within this Technology business based on Chineham Business Park in Basingstoke.

The main role responsibilities will include: -

  • Processing customer orders through the ERP system, ensuring any new sales are set up correctly.
  • Providing the customers with up to date and accurate quotations using standardised pricing structures. • Identifying and recommending the most appropriate products to customers.
  • Liaising with the Sales Managers to update on contracts and account information.
  • Work closely with Planning team to ensure time scales are quoted accurately.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a complete understanding of a B2B Customer Service role including providing quotations and order processing. This experience will have gained within a product based environment rather than a service so you are able to deal with a full catalogue of products and also be familiar in dealing with returns etc.
You will be comfortable working with CRMs and ERP systems and have excellent communication skills by phone, email and writing.
