1-1 Recruitment are currently working with a client in Andover who are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join the team. As Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for contributing to the companies continuous improvement culture and support wider departmental goals. Main responsibilities are:

* Processing orders
* Creating contracts
* Dealing with quotations
* Preparing reports and commission statements
* Liaising with production team for confirmation of despatch and delivery dates
* Update customers on the status of their orders
* Keep regular contact with customers
* Providing quotations and prices on request

To fulfil the needs of this role you will have excellent working knowledge of MS Office, have exceptional communication skills and great attention to detail. You will be flexible in your approach to taking on new tasks, and always present a “can do” attitude. You will also have experience working with EXPORT documents
