A great new opportunity has arisen to work as a Contact Centre Advisor within the marketing department of a successful, growing business in Micheldever.
This is in the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service and handling a variety of customer contacts such as live chat, emails, and online reviews in addition to assisting with the department admin.
The key duties include:
·Answering customer enquiries quickly and efficiently
·Converting enquiries to into bookings/sales
·Tracking, monitoring and resolving customer complaints
·Accurate use of CRM
·Assisting where necessary with marketing admin
The ideal candidate will:
·Have previous customer facing experience
·Be a team player with the ability to use own initiative
·Have a confident and polite telephone manner
·Have excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
·Have the ability to work in a target driven, fast paced environment
·Have a good working knowledge of MS Office and CRM
This is a full time, permanent role paying an annual salary of £20,000 depending on the candidate.
