An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a Support Team for a graduate trained, customer oriented individual who has a passion for providing straightforward, understandable solutions that enable and enrich the experience of users and make a difference to their daily lives.
The support process is a fundamental element in ensuring an optimum customer experience when conducting a wide range of business activity.
This is not just a software “help desk”. You will be required to engage in deep problem solving. Whilst some cases simply involve providing instruction or directing the user to documentation, the majority of cases involve critical thinking and problem solving skills. Support is provided by telephone and makes use of a range of IT support tools such as remote connection and video communications. An audit record of all communication and support provided is maintained to ensure the quality of delivery.
This post will appeal to an enthusiastic problem solver with an analytical mind and attention to detail who is able to communicate effectively with clients and provide clear and concise information with a calming demeanour. Appropriate training in all the software systems will be provided.
