1-1 Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for someone wth excellent customer service and coordination skills to work for an open plan, friendly office in Aldershot.

The sucessful Coordinator / Customer Account Manager will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with customers to schedule works, raising notices and permits with correct TM and conditions specific to each job.
  • Creating TM plans and completing applications
  • Liaising with local council offices to request early start times, amending permits and conditions to meet council requirements
  • Ensuring parking bays suspensions and road closures are processed
  • Ensure kiosks are available for teams
  • Ensuring that all materials are available for each job
  • Organising job packs for teams and management 
  • Keeping an up to date planner for booked in work, managing stages of work from quote acceptance to batching
  • Corresponding with customers via email and phone and communicating with internal staff and engineers
  • Arrange site meetings between technicians and customers
  • Raising variations for jobs and booking in site meter work.
  • Meeting with customers face to face to resolve issues 
  • Supporting operational engineers during incidents

The sucessful Coordinator / Customer Account Manager will have proven Customer Service experience with strong coordination skills.
