A Temp to Permanent opportunity exists for an Administrator with experience supporting Bids, Tenders and Third-Party Partnerships to join the Commercial team of this successful and growing business in Basingstoke.

Reporting in to the Bid Manager, responsibilities will include: 

  • Providing full administration support to the Commercial Bid team.
  • Organising meetings to enable to team to review enquiries, responses, submissions and contract hand overs.
  • Requesting technical elements required within the bid/ tender document.
  • Maintaining and collating the final documents.
  • Ensuring Third Party agents and consultants agreements are processed in an efficient and compliant manner.
  • Working closely with Sales, Finance and other departments to ensure relevant information is gathered.
  • Preparing agreements for approval and signatures.
  • Assisting with cooperate governance where required.

The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • Experience working with bid and tender preparation
  • Be familiar with a compliance and corporate governance environment
  • Able to work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • A collaborative working style
