The Head Office of FTSE250 business based in Basingstoke are recruiting an IT Helpdesk Advisor.
·Provide 1st Line support to the UK business of approximately 300 personnel.
·Set up new starters and ensure they have relevant IT equipment ready.
·Clear off existing information from leavers' laptops.
·Record issues and escalate as necessary.
Skills and Experience:
·The successful candidate will have strong Customer Service skills with excellent communication by phone and email.
·Must be familiar with common generic computer issues
