We have been instructed by one of our most loyal clients based in the town centre to recruit for an HR Administrator.
Your will be working closely with the HR Advisor and HR Manager to ensure all administration duties are carried out in an accurate and timely manner.
You will be responsible for:
Developing personnel files and updating the HR system
Maintenance of adverts and company websites
Produce and send out employment offer letters and employment contracts
Personal references for new employees
You will have worked within a similar position before, and have an understanding of how an HR department works and basic HR policies and procedures.
