1-1 Recruitment is currently working with a valued, internationally recognised company near Andover who are seeking a Personal Assistant (PA) to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis. As Personal Assistant (PA) you will be accountable for supporting one of the Global Directors by ensuring the smooth running and effective organisation of his presence in the company. General responsibilities will be:
·Extensive diary management
·Arranging and booking meetings
·Correspondence on behalf of the Director
·Coordinating events and team days (e.g. training)
·Creating PowerPoint presentations
·General administration, including Filing, typing, greeting visitors, expenses
Our client is looking for a confident self-starter who is happy to take the initiative when anticipating the Director’s needs. Within this role you have lots of opportunities to be creative with PowerPoint presentations being a vital part of the role.
As Personal Assistant (PA) you will liaise with stakeholders so you should present yourself professionally in all manners and have the ability to instil confidence in others. You will be required to stay up to date with what’s going on throughout the business, and develop a positive working relationship with your team members.
To be considered for this position you will have experience working with Senior/Director level management and ideally have a background in international businesses. You will also have extensive IT skills, including PowerPoint and Excel. Working hours are 08:30am – 4:30pm Monday – Friday with flexible working being considered. Some additional hours may be required to support business needs.
