An exciting has arisen to work as an HR Advisor for a well know successful company in Andover.
This role will is key to the in house HR service, ensuring that high standards are adopted within all elements of HR. The main duties will include employee relations, performance management, recruitment, change management as well as other HR related responsibilities for this position.
The ideal candidate should come from a proven HR background desirably with CIPD. The ability to communicate with staff of all levels is essential and this person should adhere to the necessary confidentiality and discretion requirements.
This is a full time 6 month FTC (with the possibility of turning permanent), offering an annual salary of £28,000 to £32,000.
