An opportunity has arisen to work as a Consumer Services Team Leader for a reputable and well established company based in Andover.
The main purpose of this role is to lead the Consumer Services team who provide general support to the company consumers on product, technology and regulation related as well as installation and stockist advice, through phone, email and social media.
The key responsibilities are:
·Ensuring all consumer queries are responded to within the target timeframe
·Produce monthly management reports detailing the consumer query activities
·Lead and motivate the Consumer Services team effectively ensuring the team stays engaged, focussed and delivers an excellent service to the Consumers
·Log all activity to support resolution and performance measurement
·Be the first point of contact when Consumers wish to speak with management
·Support and liaise with other department managers about more complex issues where further assistance is required to achieve an outcome for the customer
·Attend Consumer Shows with Sales and Marketing to work on the company stand giving first class product advice
·Hold performance review for Consumer Services team
The ideal candidate will have:
·Experience in a Consumer liaising role
·People management experience
·Strong leadership skills
·Experience of problem analysis and solutions orientation
·Excellent communication and listening skills
This is a full time permanent role based in Andover, paying a competitive salary and package.
