1-1 Recruitment are currently looking for an Administrator to join a leading Medical Devices company based in Basingstoke. Working in a busy environment, this is a temporary ongoing position and will be offered on a Full time basis with a salary of £22,000 - £24,000 per annum.
Key tasks for this role:·Providing full support to the PA and HR manager as required·Answering all incoming calls, taking messages and transferring·Handle incoming and outgoing post·Supporting with events including arranging travel, accommodation, catering and raising POs·Acting as the point of contact for internal issues regarding site facilities·Maintaining stationary, office supplies etc·Welcoming customers/ suppliers·Act as the point of contact for contractors, ensuring risk assessments are submitted, obtaining quotes, checking qualification certificates, ensuring the job list is up to date etc·Testing the fire alarm weekly ·Supporting with new starter inductions·Any adhoc duties requiredThe essential skills we are looking for:·Excellent administration skills·Excellent IT Skills·Excellent communication skills both verbally and written·Attention to detail·Ability to multi taskBenefits include:·Parking on site·20 days holiday plus bank holidaysWorking hours are 08.45- 17.00.Please contact Amy Goddard in our Basingstoke office or apply here for further details.
