A new fixed term contract opportunity has arisen to work for one of our busy, successful client’s based on the outskirts of Winchester.This is a great administrative role for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills who enjoys working in a support capacity within a friendly environment.The key duties include:·Providing administrative support to 3-4 senior staff members·Communicating with clients over the phone and by email·Arranging meetings/diary management·Database support·Being the first point of contact for incoming calls·Mail merges·Other administrative tasks when requiredThe ideal candidate will:·Be personable with the ability to communicate efficiently on all levels·Be professional ·Have the ability to multi task and work to deadlines·Thrive in a busy environment·Have a good working knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook)·Have own transport due to the company locationThis is initially a 6 month fixed term contract (covering maternity leave), paying an annual salary of circa £22,000.
