1-1 Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in Basingstoke, working in a busy environment. This position is a 12-month temporary assignment initially and will be offered on a Full time basis with a salary of £12 - £14 per hour.
Key tasks for this role:·To be the point of contact for the team for all administrative support required·Creating POs·Manage contracts ·Vendor creation and management·Support with compliance requirements in relation to customer meetings·Maintain all records and documentation to a high standard·Be responsive to audit readiness, quality and compliance requests·Escalate compliance queries·Attend training courses as required·Provide excellent customer serviceThe essential skills we are looking for:·Strong administration skills and attention to detail·Excellent communication and customer service skills·Strong organisational skills and self- motivated ·Knowledge of working within corporate guidelines or within a regulated industry would also be advantageousBenefits include:·Pension·20-25 days holiday plus bank holidays·Parking on site, on site gym, health and social club, work eventsWorking hours are 35 hours per week between 9am and 5pm.Please contact Amy Goddard in our Basingstoke office on 01256 336100 or apply here for further details.
