We are recruiting for an Accounts Office Manager to work for this growing family business in Andover.

In this role you will be responsible for the day to day running of the accounts department ensuring timely and accurate production of the management accounts. Ideally you will have completed your AAT and has used SAGE.

You will be directly reporting to the MD and be responsible for one member of staff.

The role includes but it not limited to:
·Manage the accounting function of the business.
·Produce monthly management accounts.
·Process all purchase invoices.
·Process & reconcile all supplier payments & statements.
·Process receipts.
·Monthly Bank reconciliation.
·Calculate & submit quarterly vat return.
·Process monthly pension contributions.
·Calculate & process accrual and prepayment journals.
·Cover credit control when required.
·Month end accounting functions.
·Year end accounting functions.
·Liaising with external auditors.
·Attend monthly board meetings.

This is an immediate start role working 8.30-5.00pm, Monday to Friday in nice modern warehouse office with free onsite parking.
