As Account Manager you will manage strategic development accounts in order to maximise the growth potential and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction. Duties are to include:· Manage a range of customer accounts· Provide quotations and negotiate submissions to customers· Identify opportunities and develop business plans accordingly· Present to and influence customers using already acquired sales skills· Maximise growth through relationship building· Create and implement new business plans · Manage annual cost reviews of customer base· Assisting in creating new product ideas and concepts with internal & external teams· Market researchThe main objective of this position is to achieve set targets and develop customer relationship and partnership. This role is based in Alton but you will attend regular customer meetings off-site so you must be a peoples person with a flexible approach to tasks. You will ideally have experience working for an FMCG business in a Sales/Business Development focussed role, and have excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
