Description:

If you are enthusiastic, confident, articulate and an intelligent individual with a strong interest in the difference education can make in the life choices of young people, this could be the role for you. Prior experience in a sales role is a plus.

The role involves:

• Liaising with tutors.
• Dealing with incoming enquires
• Placing tutors with students
• Problem solving
• Working as a team member to hit monthly targets

Candidates must have basic knowledge of thee education system

Strong organisational skills, team working ability and good PC skills required. A clear, friendly, professional, telephone manner is needed. Recent or even prior experience not necessary but some knowledge of educational system through own children or related experience is essential.


Hours are negotiable with a minimum of 37.5 hours per week required. Pay 13,650 depending on experience.

Airline & Card Team Clerk [V2024JT]

Description:

We are looking for an Airline and Card Team Clerk to work within the Finance Department.

The overall objective of the role is to maintain Charge Card accounts, satisfying all queries from Card issuers and to ensure complete reconciliation of accounts.


Key Areas of Activity:


• Support for external and internal customers
• Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers and Card Issuers/Acquirers
• Develop clear lines of communication with all areas of the Company
• Process the mechanism for escalation of unresolved queries and problems
• Identification and involvement in the development of new processes and systems


Tasks:


• Reconciliation of BSP, RBS and HSBC accounts for UK and BSP for Nordics
• Statement reconciliation
• Control and resolution of ADMs and ACMs
• Action/resolve card company rejection reports
• Action/resolve card company chargebacks
• Advise branch personnel on charge card and BSP accounting
• Process BSP/ card company/branch queries and refer if unresolved
• Liaison with relevant personnel, attending and receiving visits as required
• Maintain regular card issuer and supplier contact highlighting areas of concern, attending and receiving visits as required
• Provide regular account status reports
• Suggest and participate in developing enhancements to working practices
• Collection and allocation of payments from card companies

Your key responsibilities will be as follows:

- Respond to team requests for asbestos removal and surveying

- Carry out all administrative activities required such as; gaining quotations, submission of claims, raising requisitions, updating the helpdesk and planning and coordination of works on site

- Ensuring orders are raised against accepted quotations

For this role you will need previous experience within a facilities / building management or engineering environment.

Retail & Service Administrator / PA - Aldershot - 6 month contract

My client is looking for a strong administrator with some PA experience. You will be supporting 2 Directors with emails, travel arrangements and organising their calenders.

You will also be providing administration support to the Retail and Service teams which will involve:

-Collating and distributing weekly bulletin

-Keeping the database up to date

-Despatching promotional materials

-Updating the intranet

-Invoicing

-Hotel bookings

For this role you will need to be organised, able to prioritise workload and good time keeping.

This role is Part time working 3 full days per week.
