Description:
Our client based in Hook near Basingstoke is looking for a part time receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors to the company offices. To operate switchboard; ensure all incoming calls are answered promptly and in a professional manner. And to maintain the reception area to the highest standards at all times.
Key Responsibilities & Critical Success Measures
• Manage and maintain the busy switchboard system and faxes ensuring all calls/messages are forwarded to the appropriate staff member in a courteous and efficient manner
• Be first point of contact for welcoming all visitors/contractors, ensuring that they are comfortable and issued with the correct documentation
• Manage taxi service, ensure effective use and cross charging records are maintained for invoicing purposes
• Update internal telephone lists, car registration lists and record maintenance supplier visits to assist in running of reception and office services
• Process invoices as requested by the Project Manager to ensure accurate, up to date records are available at all times
• Maintain meeting room bookings and assist with the operation of video conference equipment as required to ensure the smooth continuation of reception
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• Previous reception and switchboard experience
• Intermediate computer literacy in Word, Excel and Lotus Notes

Principal Accountabilities
Project Execution/Operations
• Have a full understanding of the brief for each event involved in

• Complete all internal paperwork such as timesheets in a timely manner. Ensure that all Maconomy requirements are up to date.

Our client based in Basingstoke is looking for a Ratings Administrator to be responsible for processing quotes for new and existing business, across all products, within agreed service levels. To contribute to the achievement of company and teams sales, profitability, and persistency targets whilst establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with both internal and external customers.
Key Accountabilities:
• Set-up, price and issue all quotes up to 100 lives accurately and within required service standards following departmental policies and procedures to achieve productivity targets.
• Set-up all quotes with no defined number of lives accurately as required.
• Work together with aligned Sales Office to achieve common goals.
• Follow agreed workflow procedures ensuring relevant systems are updated accurately and timely.
• Ensure audit trails and regulatory regulations are met by following Financial Underwriting procedures.
• Take ownership in resolving internal/external customer queries, treating customers fairly
Required Skills:
