Description:
Principal Accountabilities will be:
To liaise with clients on all event communication sign off and agree the detail of all daily reporting.
Provide pre-sales support on all assigned client related matters including presentations and documentation internally and externally where required
Maintain client relationships (as appropriate) escalating any issues as appropriate
Ensure that every effort is made to enhance the event by identifying opportunities and escalating to GPM and/or Account Director
Attend and conduct presentations at client meetings on project related matters as required
Ensure a working knowledge of client business and issues facing their industry sector
Project Executions:
Fully agree and understand project resources and budget with Senior Project Manager.
Allocate tasks to team members.
Motivation and encouragement of team members and carry out training for new team members (both permanent and temporary staff).
Communicate any problems/issues to Line Manager/Senior Project Manager.
Have a clear understanding of client requirements and agree on the service to be provided.
To provide regular project reporting to the client on a daily basis and provide any additional/ad-hoc reporting as required.
Complete all internal paperwork such as timesheets in a timely manner. Ensure that all Maconomy requirements are up to date.
Have an excellent understanding of registration as a service. Have a full understanding of both current and new internal IT systems.
Keep project files up to date and orderly.
Prepare and distribute Contact Reports after every client meetings and major internal meeting.
Communicate project information and issues promptly both internally and externally.
Deliver on multiple concurrent projects to a high standard.
Through liaison with IT set up new events and obtain client approval for all written delegate communication including invoice layouts and confirmations.
Smooth running and day to day management of events, including answering of project telephone lines and management of the project email inboxes.
Setting up and formatting of the badge machine.
Obtaining accurate quotations for badge production from printers and communicating quotations to clients.
Working knowledge of all onsite equipment.
Preparation of onsite kits alongside the technical lead.
Good understanding of client post event procedures, including delivery of post event reports.
As and when appropriate assist in the smooth delivery of onsite registration services ensuring that the client expectations are met at all times.
To assist and support other internal project teams.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience in the Events industry both sales and operational programme management
Presentation and proposal experience
Budgetary and foreign currency experience
Competent computer skills
Supervisory skills
Full driving license

Key responsibilities of the role will be:
First point of contact for all dealer sales enquiries
Processing and managing dealer orders from order to delivery
Printing and distribution of V55s
Responsibility for registration of internal vehicles
Daily reporting on registration and SMMT information
Input and management of vehicle status on Kerridge, including dispatch and registrations
Calculation and reporting on dealer campaign status
Work closely with Finance to ensure accurate cash flow information
Liaise with the port on queries relating to bond clearance and PDI
Uploading of new vehicles onto Kerridge all franchises
Daily vehicle status reports
Checking dealer adherence to franchise standards
Processing of new dealer applications ensuring all requirements are met, and gaining sign off from senior management
Monthly stock reconciliations between Kerridge records and compound
Involvement in yearly stock check procedures
Attendance at dealer conferences
Helpdesk function for dealer Kerridge queries
Liaise with field staff and parts manager to ensure all dealer queries and problems resolved
Market Analysis and ad hoc reports for MD
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Full Clean UK Driving licence essential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Computer Skills Excel and Powerpoint, Kerridge useful but not essential as full training will be provided
Basic Maths and English (GCSE Level C or above)
Able to work as part of a small team but also able to prioritise and manage own time effectively
Happy to work in a small office with two women who like to chat!!
