Description:
This role will be reporting to the Projects Manager and have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
The chosen candidate must be able to write proposals as this will be the main responsibility so previous experience of this is essential. You will not only need experience of preparing detailed proposals for studies, but also of vessel internals and skid-packaged equipment. You must also have experience of working within the Oil and Gas industry.
You will need to be organised and be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills when liasing with vendors, subcontractors and clients. You will provide assistance with Project Engineering from front-end and detail design, through to final implementation, maintaining quality and schedule requirements.

Our client is looking for a Technical Team Leader who has a combination of both high levels of technical ability and an element of line management.
You will be delegating responsibility to less experienced engineers, assisting with the local management of engineering development, production support tasks and supervision of design engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
Delegate responsibility and assist with the day to day line management of engineers
Continuously improve the efficiency of the Design Team and Engineering department
Provide technical direction and assistance to less senior designers
Create and deliver presentations to other employees, customers and suppliers
Providing technical support to other employees
Essential Experience:
Significant relevant product design and development experience
Experience as a Manager, supervisor or team leader
Comprehensive understanding of design capabilities, understanding of the New Product Introduction process and understanding of risk management
Experience in management costs and time targets associated with the design aspects of a program.

Your main focus with be to recruit, manage and develop the pool of enrollers, telephonic enrolment services and enrolment coordinators in a manner that optimises their utilisation in order to reach set targets.
