Principal Accountabilities
Project Execution/Operations
• Have a full understanding of the brief for each event involved in
• Carry out training for new team members, both permanent and temporary staff.
• Communicate any problems/issues to Senior Project Manager.
• Complete all internal paperwork such as timesheets in a timely manner. Ensure that all Maconomy requirements are up to date.
• Have an excellent understanding of registration as a service. Have a full understanding of both current and new internal IT systems
• Keep project files up to date and orderly.
• Have an excellent telephone and face-to-face manner.
• Answering of project telephone lines and management of the project email inboxes.
• Setting up and formatting of the badge machine.
• Good working knowledge of onsite equipment.
• Assist in delivery of post event reports.
• As and when appropriate assist in the smooth delivery of onsite registration services ensuring that the client expectations are met at all times.
• When necessary, assist and support other internal project teams.
• Support Project Manager/Senior Project Manager delivery to clients and take over responsibility when lines managers are away.
Financial
• Inform line manager of any changes to workflow or additional client requests which may result in changes to the budget.
General
• Display a professional attitude and appearance at all times, either in or away from the office whilst representing the company.

Minimum Skills/Qualifications
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Some budget management experience
• Ability to multi task
• Competent computer skills
• Full driving license

Description:
Our client based in Basingstoke and specialising in IT Distribution is looking for a Retail Business Manager to achieve individual and team revenue and profit targets whilst maintaining the highest level of service to customers.
To develop marketing initiatives to support the departments quarterly objectives and engage resellers to drive incremental business opportunities.
Provide additional support to resellers to help achieve quarterly objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understand the CAD marketplace,
Deliver revenue, margin and rebate as per the targets set by the Business Unit Manager.
Manage the portfolio P&L.
Manage sales pipeline
Manage Product Subscription renewals and forecasting.
Develop portfolio £ and % FEM.
Analyse reseller business profile and profitability.
Increase market share.
Agree and monitor performance and profitability targets for accounts.
Monitor daily sales exceptions.
Maintain products on SAP, ECommerce site and Licensing on Line.
Provide reports to Business Unit Manager as required.
Provide accurate and timely forecast for stock planning.
Understand key retail and mail order partners and opportunities.
Drive sales of retail products in company retail and mail order accounts
Work with company internal and field sales to build relationship with accounts
Provide on-site sales training and drive sales days
Create with marketing team point of sale information and cheat sheets
