Many of our candidates are so delighted with our high quality of service, care and commitment that they recommend us to their friends. Partnership is a two-way approach and to thank these candidates we have created the 1-1 Recruitment Referral Scheme.
The 1-1 Recruitment Referral Scheme
When a registered 1-1 Recruitment candidate refers a friend to us the referral is registered and 1-1 Recruitment commit their time and energy to finding the perfect role for our new candidate. Once the referral is placed is in a permanent role by us, the referee is rewarded with £100 towards a meal at a restaurant of their choice.
