1-1 Recruitment have been based in Hampshire since 2000. Owners Helen and Jim Floor, who live in Winchester, set about a new Acquisition Strategy in 2008 by establishing a head office in Basingstoke. Further acquisitions were made of small independently owned recruitment businesses in Fleet and Andover in 2008/2009 and more recently a local Winchester business in August 2010. This Strategy has ‘bucked the trend’ in a recession when other companies were closing offices, 1-1 Recruitment were investing in additional offices. Now with four offices, 1-1 Recruitment is the leading independently owned recruitment agency/business in Hampshire.

With over 15 years experience in recruitment, Helen Floor, Managing Director of the 1-1 Recruitment Group, identified a gap in the market to offer a truly personal recruitment service designed to meet both client and candidate needs.
